Namaste dear souls!
I’m getting a little emotional thinking how close we are to the end of this adventure.
But we’re not there yet, so let’s not get ahead of ourselves!
Today we come back to the upper body.
We work the upper body in numerous ways in these yoga fusion classes, but sometimes we need to do a little more work, we need to focus on a specific part of the body.
So today it’s upper body, with a variety of push-ups, that will help you build the strength needed to progress to more advances exercises later on in the practice.
If you need to do some of these from your knees, take breaks, or rest in child’s pose, do so. This is all a practice. This is for fun. This is for joy. So, give yourself permission to move at your pace.
And enjoy. Enjoy the workout. Enjoy the process. Love yourself.
