Day 22 is upon us and I invite you to tune into where you are, in your body and mind, today.

At this point we have learned many of the modifications that can be used in place of more advanced poses or impact-heavy exercises. I encourage you to continue using these modifications in your practice until you feel strong enough to progress.

Don’t let anyone tell you when that might be. Listen to your body, give new things a try, push out of your comfort zone, but don’t hurt yourself. Leave the ego at the door, and modify as needed.

In our final week of the challenge, we step things up a notch. We begin adding a second chaturange, explore more challenging balancing poses, include more intervals.


And never, ever, forget to love yourself. First, foremost, and absolutely.
