Woohooooooo!!!! Three weeks done and in the bag!

They say it takes three weeks to create a habit, and I hope that this has been an enjoyable one for you to create so far.

To celebrate this progression from desire to habit, we work on my favorite body part – legs!

Less than 20 minutes, a quick leg workout intermingled with a yoga sesh – the exact kind of yoga workout I thrive on and wish to share with you.
