Namaste Beautiful Friends!
Welcome to Day 20, and my phenomenal math skills…
You are 2/3 of the way through with this challenge!
How are you feeling so far? Good? Sore? Frustrated? Proud?
However you feel, I hope you acknowledge it, observe it, lean into it, and let it go.
Feelings are fleeting, and we can leap from one emotion to another in a single moment. Let them flutter on, and focus on finding a balance, a stability, between extremes.
Today we focus on balance on the mat. Balancing poses, to balance the mind, the left and right, and yin and yang.
Balance is our natural state, and I hope this class helps you to find it.
And don’t forget to love yourself through the process!
Enjoy!
Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!
Lots of love,
Dylan
