Namaste Dear Ones!
Ok, Ok. I know this class goes just over the 30 minute mark. But I think you’ll enjoy it anyway.
Give it a shot and, take the couple of extra minutes, and see if you can’t get a deeper connection to yourself, your breath, and your body with the extra time.
We really work the whole body in this class, but we move slow. We balance, work the core, strengthen the lower and upper back, get confused over rights and lefts, and work diligently to connect our breath with our movement.
And we learn about Camel Pose, Ustrasana. This is a pose that is seen often in Vinyasa yoga, and I think it worth the time to learn the different modifications possible.
Let go of the ego and find space and length in the spine. If it’s hard to breath in a pose, let go of the shape of the pose and search for the sensation.
That’s something that’s taken me a long time to learn, and it’s still a work in progress.
Always be a work in progress. And focus on loving the process.
Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!
Lots of love,
Dylan
