Namaste Dear Beautiful Friends!

Today we change it up just a smidge, by embracing the fluidity of the water element; exploring movement rather than stillness.

Water moves to accommodate those things within it and around it. In yoga, we have a tendency to search for the linear, the static, the yin or the yang.

But here, we take some time to undulate, to explore our hips and legs in a different way.

We also work on our Crow Pose, Bakasana. How many toes did you get off the ground?

Let me know what felt the best in your body! Static holds or gentle movement?

And also, love yourself, because stiff or flowy, you are you and you are amazing.

Don’t forget!

Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!

Lots of love,
