Namaste Lovely People!
Take a second, would you, to set an intention for this practice, or this challenge. You don’t have to, of course. But I encourage you to give it a shot. Focus on something, an intention, and see how that changes the practice.
This class is all about the upper body. We get deep into the front of the shoulders, opening across the heart space, releasing the tension and armor that protects/blocks the heart chakra. Opening across this space also supports good posture.
We explore different postures that strengthen the arms and back, test the edge with loads of chaturangas, and really get a taste of what a Yoga Infusion class can feel like.
Modify as needed, as always, but see how far you can go. Test your own edge. Explore your limits today, and be curious about what kinds of limits you have today that you can surpass as you grow stronger.
What do you think you’ll be able to do, at the end of this 30 day practice, that you couldn’t do at the beginning?
Enjoy! Love yourself. Love your limits. Love the person you are becoming.
Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!
Lots of love,
Dylan
