Namaste dear Souls!

Day 16, as my clever self noticed, has the number 6 in it. And what does 6 stand for??

Six pack abs!

So, this class is designed to strengthen the core.

Front, back, and center. This class has got you covered.

Plank, prone, and floor abs. I’ve included many of my favorite exercises. Plank core work is my favorite, and I do them often in my own practice.

I hope you will find some exercises that you love, too!

And be kind to yourself. We’re building strength as well as compassion. Slow down if you need to. Transition into forearm plank or plank from the knees. Do your best, whatever that may be today.


And don’t forget to love yourself. Always and forever. Six pack abs or one pack abs.
