Drum roll please!

Da Da Dummmmm

You have successfully made it through half the challenge!

You rock!

Have you told yourself that lately?

Take a second with me here. Close your eyes, or look at yourself in the mirror. And say it. Out loud. “I rock. I am awesome. I am amazing.”

Because you are!

And to celebrate, we have 15 minutes of sun salutations. Or, roundabouts 15 minutes of sun salutations.

I say roundabouts because I did set my alarm. The original take was 15 minutes. However, the original take cut off partway through and so I had to guestimate at the end just how many more minutes I had to re film.

But that’s the beauty of this thing called practice, also known as this thing called life.

There is no such thing as perfect.

So roll with me here, break a sweat, and enjoy!

And never forget to love yourself. Because you are you and there’s nobody better or quite like you.

Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!

Lots of love,
Dylan
