Namaste dear friends!

And my cleverness continues! Day Thirteen for Thighs!

Oh how I love working out my legs. Legs and booty are, without a doubt, my favorite group of muscles to work on.

So expect a lot of that, if you continue your practice with me.

Today we step up our high lunge variations by adding in some balance and core work, and we spend some quality time in plie.

I have a love/hate relationship with plie. What are your thoughts?


And don’t forget to love yourself. And your shaky legs.
