Namaste Dear Friends!

Today, enter Dylan’s sense of humor. I think I’m clever. Please don’t tell me otherwise.

So Day Twelve is for Twists. Alliteration. It’s a thing.

Twists are excellent at stimulating the digestive tract, tightening the waist, and detoxing the organs. They wring out the spine and just feel pretty damn good.

Expect the practices to get progressively more advanced as we go. But don’t forget that this is all a practice, all progress.

There is no such thing as perfection.

Speaking of lack of perfection, Honey makes an appearance in this class as well. She is in a cone at the time of filming due to paw issues, and is a little more needy than she normally is. However, I refuse to not love on my pets when they want cuddles, so, she stays. I hope you enjoy her presence as much as I do.

Now, on to the class!


And don’t forget to love yourself. Because it’s really the whole reason we’re here.
