Welcome to day 10!

Today is a little ditty to help build up strength in the arms, an area I know is often a little on the weaker side. Not for all, but for some. And if you want to hold plank for any amount of time, you need to build up some upper body strength, as well as core.

So here we will work on our arms, our shoulders, begin solidifying our half planks – or planks if you choose to modify up – and side planks.


And don’t forget to love yourself.
