Intermediate Hip & Shoulder Opening Yoga Routine – Deep Yoga Stretch for Increased Flexibility

By | July 28, 2020

Let’s go deep! Join me for this intermediate hip and shoulder opening yoga routine where we will do some low to the ground, long hold yoga poses to get a deep stretch. This will help you to release stress, unwind, and increase flexibility! I promise that this 30-minute yoga routine will leave you blissed!

Many of us carry our stresses and worries around with us in our shoulders and hips. There’s a belief in yoga that the body is a mirror of the mind. If the body is full of worry and stress, the mind is too. Yoga creates the perfect opportunity to open up the body with deep stretches and get that stress out, resulting in a flexible body and a calm mind.
