Savasana is a grounding yoga posture that lets us connect with our bodies and our practice, but can sometimes be a little uncomfortable while pregnant. In this quick yoga class, I show you my favorite ways to modify Savasana during pregnancy using bolsters, pillows, and yoga blocks. Even if you’re not pregnant, these are easy modifications that turn this yoga pose into a gentle and comfortable posture.
