In this short video, Chia-Ti shows you how to get into Dragonfly or Grasshopper pose. Dragonfly is an arm balancing exercise with a deep twist. It’s a great pose for strengthening the upper arms, the upper back and the shoulders. Tip: Before you go into the pose, you want to make sure you warm up the wrists to avoid injury.
