This is one of the most requested classes I’ve ever made: How to do a headstand!

I personally love headstands. They are incredibly fun and require proper headstand technique, headstand drills for activating the core and glutes, as well as hamstring and lower leg flexibility so you can walk your feet forward and float into a headstand easily.

This class was made for beginners who want to learn handstands or for advanced yogis who want to strengthen their handstand – and may pick up some handstand tips and tricks along the way!
