Holy Yoga Morning Flow: Gentle 25 min. Practice

This short christian yoga flow is a great way to start your morning by connecting with God and setting your intention on joy!

It’s a gentle practice geared to wake you up slowly both in body + mind. We’ll move through some seated neck stretches, down dogs, and some standing folds meant to help wake up and open up the back side of the body.
