This practice will deeply stretch your chest & shoulders and open up the spine. We will begin class with side body stretches and a few rounds of cat/cow. Our warmup will include some core and shoulder work to prepare the body for deeper heart openers. Our main sequence will include gentle twists, binds, and other chest opening asanas/movements to release tension out of the upper body and encourage spinal flexibility.
