Let’s feel our heart beat and our lungs expand with this easy Cardio class. We will be doing some dancing, Sun Salutations and lots more! Are you ready to move? In this class, we will focus on our cardiovascular endurance to prepare us for times when we need that extra strength and energy. We need endurance to walk up steps, hold a heavy package or even standing in line for a period of time. Keep coming back to this class and you WILL get stronger! Make sure to pace yourself and drink plenty of water afterwards!
