This class will get your joints moving from head to feet! It kicks off our Kickstart Chair Yoga Therapy Series and is perfect for exploring your body’s range of motion, flexibility and strength. We will focus on movement patterns that will help you tune-in to the places in your body where you need some help. Remember to pace yourself, don’t over-do it and come back often. I KNOW you will see an improvement the more often you practice this class with me!
