This good morning class will get you feeling energized and ready for your day. In this 30 min yoga class, we’ll start slowly and sweetly with beginner-friendly yoga. Then we’ll incorporate vinyasa yoga to wake up the body so you feel amazing and like you had a good yoga stretch.
Whether you just need good morning stretch or a morning yoga flow, this yoga flow will leave you with a smile. All vinyasa in this yoga class are optional, and you can always float right back to downward dog.Let’s move through these morning yoga postures with kindness and generate some energy!
