Have you lost your Exercise Groove? We all fall off the wagon sometimes. This class will get you back on. During Covid, our Yoga Studio was closed so we gathered in Joy’s garage to help get our Yoga groove back after months away.

In this Class, we practice balancing because that is the first thing to go, and we do a lot of fluid movements to get our joints lubricated and feeling better. We are all in this together and glad you can join us! Get your Groove Back with Chair Yoga!
