Feeling Aggravated, Antsy and/or Angry? That’s trapped energy in your body that you can move out, so you feel better!
Join Kim in this All-Seated Chair Yoga Practice that focuses on areas where we often get “stuck”. We will do movements for the head, neck, shoulders, chest, upper back, spinal column, hips and ankles. Starting from a seated position we begin with a “Buddha Belly” breath practice to calm the energies of the inner body.
From there, we jump into the “pool” for some back stroking, freestyle crawl and a good old-fashioned row. Seated pattern-work of the feet has been added to activate the nerve endings in the feet and stimulate the energies of the legs.
Remember, we are here to stimulate the body, not aggravate it, so proceed with grace and awareness and move your body in a way that promotes well-being.
