Welcome to this interesting Natarajasana journey. Although we do many other poses, this class is themed around exploring front thigh/front groin stretches, each one taking us deeper into understanding the foundations of Natarajasana. Using the chair, wall, bolsters and breath to mindfully explore gentle (but powerful) variations, and interspersing these explorations with a range of other asanas that support healthy neutrality and recuperation from this work. Although the level is technically Intermediate, the details and therapeutic inclusion will also satisfy the curiosity of Advanced practitioners and teachers. So happy to be back on the mat with you!
