The disco era was all about getting on the dance floor under the strobe lights and dancing the night away. This iconic song from Abba (and from the movie Mama Mia!) will get you moving and grooving again. Get ready to shine a little glitter and bang your tambourine! I added in the “Butt Lifts” for some special glute and hip strengthening!
