This is a Yin Yoga Class where we’re going to actually start with some pranayama or breathing exercise and then do a meditation to get connected to get connected to the lunar abundant feminine energy that’s always available to us and then we’re going to do two different long yin holds to shift us from doing into being and to shift us from achieving into receiving and then we’ll take a juicy long savasana. So if you’ve been stressed if you’re a type-a and you need to calm down and ground this is the perfect class for you.
