Friends, this is a fun and flexible all levels yoga class for a full body stretch! This 35 min yoga practice is great as a morning yoga practice, a work break yoga class, or a nightly wind down.
We’ll stretch into all the nooks and crannies of our body for a nice total body stretch. This is equally a mental class as much as it is a physical yoga practice – consider this yoga class one of flexibility of body and mind.
We’ll work on our flexibility and balance to round out this full-body yoga class.
