Hello friends! Welcome to this everyday yoga flow! This class was formatted to be a full body stretch that you can do daily.

We get into all the nooks and crannies sweetly in this vinyasa flow. Because we start off slower paced, this makes for a great morning yoga class.

This is a very accessible yoga class so it’s great yoga for beginners who want to feel good – of course everyone is welcome here. If you’re practicing this yoga at home, put on some calming music and step on your mat with a soft heart.

Enjoy this full body yoga stretch as time for you – to come into harmony with your body and mind.
