Friends! This is a feel-good yoga class for opening shoulder and chest. Think of this as a shoulder yin class because we’ll hold postures for a few breaths to really open through our chest and shoulders.
If you have back, neck, or shoulder pain or tension, this 10 minute shoulder class will transform you. This is a great class if you need yoga after a workout or strength training. Anytime we strenth train, we should also stretch the muscles out.
It’s a simple practice but it is extremely effective for targeting and stretching your shoulders, neck, and upper back.
If you’re practicing wheel, handstand, pincha, or any posture where your arms are in flexion, this is great for deep shoulder and chest opening.
