We are switching gears and focusing on building strength! Day 7 brings you some of my favorite exercises for building upper body strength, and body awareness! Pay attention to form and ask any questions you have in the comments below. I encourage you to repeat the video (or exercises on your own time) as many times as you can until you feel you got a good workout. Upper body strength is a key element of a strong yoga practice. I encourage you to cross train your body and add resistance training into your routine! Stay tuned for day 8 🙂
