DAY 4/30 Beginner Yoga Series | Warriors & Lunges

Day 4 of the 30 Day Beginner Yoga Series breaks down Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Crescent Lunge, and Side Angle postures. We build on the sun salutation flow from Day 3 and move with our breathe. Don’t be surprised if you are a little sore tomorrow!

[Flow With Adee] I am a registered yoga teacher with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. Movement is essential to a happy, healthy lifestyle and I believe there is a form of movement for everyone.
