Join Caroline for this short and gentle prenatal yoga practice designed to help you and baby prepare for labor. We’ll practice lots of belly-down positions to help baby find their optimal position for birth. Whether you’re preparing for labor or are in the early stages of labor, this practice will help you get moving and connect with God, yourself, and your growing baby.

I recommend practicing with two yoga blocks and a blanket to help you practice safely and with ease.
