Join Caroline for this gentle prenatal yoga practice perfect for your second trimester! This gentle but energizing practice will help stretch sore muscles, build strength for the marathon of birth, and give you an opportunity to slow down and connect with God, yourself, and your growing baby.
I recommend practicing with two yoga blocks and a blanket to help you practice safely and with ease.
