This 30 minute prenatal yoga flow explores the theme of love vs fear.
Fear is totally normal during the life-changing transition of pregnancy. As we move and breathe through a series of yoga poses aimed at strengthening and stretching, we seek out where we can invite Love into those fears.
I recommend practicing with two yoga blocks and a blanket to help you practice safely and with ease.
