Beginners Christian Prenatal Yoga:

This practice is all about caring for your body, preparing for childbirth, and connecting with God!

We move through a series of seated, standing, and reclined poses designed specifically for the pregnant woman with Gospel encouragement woven throughout. Specific focus is paid to the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis.

I recommend practicing with two yoga blocks and a blanket to help you practice safely and with ease.
