Bedtime Yin Yoga

This short yin practice is designed to prep the body and mind for a deep, restful sleep. I’m recommending only 2 blankets as props, but please feel free to practice along with lots of bolsters, pillows, and blocks. You could even take this really chill and practice in bed.
