Hi Friends! Incorporating backbends into a vinyasa yoga flow is a really fun way to deepen your backbend practice overall.
This is a fun and creative vinyasa flow with backbends incorporated throughout! This qualifies as an intermediate yoga class but EVERYONE is welcome here!In this backbend yoga class, we’ll breath through back strengthening movements, while opening the front chain of the body to allow for deeper backbends and an overall sense of vitality!
This 30 min yoga practice is sure to wake you up, energize you, increase flexibility throughout your entire body, and deepen your backbends!
It’s often said that you’re only as old as your spine – so over the next 30 min yoga flow we’ll enter these backbends safely and with a proud heart. Spine flexibility is really important so we’ll open our shoulders, chest, and train our backbending!
You will have the option to come into yoga wheel pose in this class! Let’s get backhanding!
