Are you doing it right? It’s time to test your yogic breathing. Whenever you are panicked about money, work, life, or anything else! – It’s important to remember to BREATHE. What’s shocking is that so many of us are reciprocal inhibited breathers. We’re not breathing in a way that’s most efficient for our body! Overtime, this can cause MORE stress and anxiety. So even if you are doing yoga, you’re not getting the full effect because your breath is inhibited.
How do you know if you’re a reciprocal inhibited breather?
