A clear strong practice for advanced practitioners who want to reconnect with spinal empowerment. We start with a series of Standing Poses interspersed with twists and hips preparing us for an exploration of back extensions starting in Salabhasana and ending in Viparita Dandasana. We then wind down with gentle Forward Bends, Chair Sarvangasana and a Guided Savasana. A full mind/body immersion that refreshes and invigorates whilst dissolving tension and aggression.
