90 MIN POWER YOGA WORKOUT | Tone & Burn Core, Inner Thighs, Quads, Glutes | DAY 3

DAY 3 – Mini Weight Loss Challenge
In todays power yoga workout class we incorporate a variety of techniques to release tension, realign, mobilize & prepare the body for activating & sculpting lower body (inner thighs, quads, glutes).

We use pilates moves to mobilize the spine, ribcage & hips. We activate the core using active breath mobilization. We use mfr techniques for feet to feel supported & grounded, and improve the function of deep core line that moves from feet, inner thighs , pelvic floor, core, up to the tongue muscles & neck. And then we move to the power vinyasa flow part of the class to tone & sculpt lower body (quads, inner thighs, glutes. ) As usual we integrate pulses & dynamic stretching techniques to focus on the fascia & it’s elasticity.
You will feel a nice inner line of internal support through feet , inner thighs & core, feel realigned and fully present.
