Day 1 – Mini Weight Loss Challenge – In this fusion class we integrate modern pilates exercises, yoga, active breath mobilization techniques, fascia focused training moves to slowly release tension in the body, mobilize, reset diaphragm & breathing pattern, improve lymph & blood flow, tone & activate legs & core, work on elasticity of tissues – all to promote healthy weight loss.

Be patient!! We are taking it slowly, building up & preparing & setting you up for success.

I’m teaching you a new active breath mobilization technique, and you need to pay attention to instructions to get most of it.

Your true deep core is made of diaphragm, pelvic floor, tva & quadratus lumborum.
For the core to function properly all of these muscles need to be elastic, should not be stuck in lengthened or contracted state, should and should be able to contract & release when needed automatically, ribcage should stack properly over pelvis and both need to be in optimal position.

The first 2/3 of the class we take time to stretch the back, side body, mobilize spine & ribcage to realign, activate diaphragmatic breathing pattern & activate core . We stretch & mobilize tight hips, with the focus on improved hips joint biomechanics & pelvic floor function. All of this will help to begin realigning your body’s asymmetries, improve posture, improve lymph flow which will help reduce inflammation & promote weight loss.

The last third of the class we integrate our seated work into standing sequence, continuing to activate the core, work on lower body myofascial structures elasticity & resilience. As usual we integrate pulses & dynamic stretching techniques to focus on the fascia & it’s elasticity.

You will feel a lot of tension one from the body, better alignment & a sense of nice activation in your whole body.
