DAY 4 – Mini Weight Loss Challenge
In this power class we are integrating what we’ve done in previous classes. We begin the class with our usual warm up stretches & mobilization routine to release tension in the superficial layer of muscles, improve glide in layers of muscles & mobility to hydrate joints & better transfer of force when we jump back and force.
The creative vinyasa transitions will require your arm strength & toe , foot flexibility , so may be do a quick toes stretch & wrist warm up before the class. You will have lots upper body & lower body activating moves, modify as needed, lower down to your knees in chaturangas.
You will have a nice burning out sequence for the glutes & hips finishing in pleasant glute & hips stretches.
As usual we integrate pulses & dynamic stretching techniques to focus on the fascia & it’s elasticity, toning muscles, especially inner thighs , quads & glutes.

This class is perfect to tone & sculpt full body.
