DAY 2 – Mini Weight Loss Challenge
In today’s pilates yoga fusion power flow your total body will be stretched, released from tension, mobilized & activated.

We take it slow to stretch the chest, shoulders, back, abs, glutes, mobilizing spine, ribcage, hip joints to promote free flow of the lymph, realign posture & release tension in superficial muscles, activating smaller deeper muscles for stability.
We activate the core through active breath mobilization , freeing up lungs for better oxygen exchange & absorption in the body.
We then slowly move to standing sequence to activate & tone thighs & glutes; stretch & improve inner thighs glide, pelvis & hip joints biomechanics, work on pelvic floor elasticity . As usual we integrate pulses & dynamic stretching techniques to focus on the fascia & it’s elasticity.

You will feel a nice release in tension at the same time feel a nice tone, activation & inner support in your whole body.
