This is a 75 min vinyasa flow class exploring bound postures where one body part holds onto another or when two body parts are entwined. The intention is to provide greater stability and a deeper experience of the posture. These poses do require some flexibility and range of motion particularly in the shoulders and spine. To prepare, we warm up progressively in these parts of our body and explore various binds, half binds and modifications. Class includes lizards, 1/2 bow variations, 1/2 moons, sugarcane & swan along with baby grasshopper and 1/2 lotus. Lots of twists, turns and circles. Enjoy!
