70-min Heart-Opening Yoga – Full Class for Chest, Shoulders, Upper Back (Yin Yoga Challenge Class 3)

Join me for this 70-min yin yoga full class where we’ll do heart-opening yoga. This is the third class of a yin yoga challenge where we’re meeting once a week to do a full yoga class of yin yoga. This yoga routine is a great way to open the chest, shoulders, and upper back.
