This is a 60 minute yoga conditioning class for your upper body. Toning and strengthening for your shoulders, arms and abdominal core. Class moves at an accessible pace focussing on proper alignment and engagement to build your strength safely and with awareness in these parts of your body.The only prop you might like to have for the start of class is a yoga block or a large tissue box (optional). Class is challenging without being too sweaty 😉 and includes some satisfying rest stops along the way to stretch out. Expect some creative and challenging moves, keep breathing and enjoy!
