This is a 60 minute warming breath centered vinyasa flow class. We begin gently, then flow smoothly through a variety of sun salutations and standing flows opening the major muscle groups of your arms, legs and spine. Class moves at a steady pace emphasising movement, rhythm and breath, building toward an optional arm balance – 8 angle pose.
