60 Minute Vinyasa Yoga – Move, Breathe and Flow

This is a 60 minute flowing vinyasa class emphasising motion, rhythm and breath. Class features circular and undulating movements for your whole body. There are no long holds in the postures and very few push ups. It’s gentle on your joints but moves at a steady pace. Helpful if you just need to move and breathe and focus your mind away from your regular preoccupations. Enjoy!
