This is a 60 minute vinyasa slow flow class designed to build strength and flexibility in equal parts. Class moves at a slower pace, incorporating longer holds with more detailed alignment cues. A chance to slow down, observe and breathe deeply. It’s often tempting and rejuvenating to just flow…. and sometimes we all appreciate an uncomplicated familiar flow. This class challenges you to slow down. Hold a little longer, stay calm and breathe deeply when it feels challenging.
