This is a 60 minute vinyasa flow to re-lengthen your muscles, recalibrate your spine and build strength with some slow, mindful movement. A complete full body ‘goldilocks’ flow…. not too hard, not too easy…hopefully just right. Class begins with a brief meditation before gently warming the bones of your spine through cat/cow. Then some full body, warming movement through a variety of sun salutes. Expect lunges, shoulder and side body openers along with a few simple twists and balances. The final 15-20 minutes of class is mellow. Bridge with a block, reclined big toe pose cycle and shavasana. For practice, I recommend a block and a belt. Stay to the end…I promise you’ll feel taller! Great practice for the morning or evening 😉
